These General Terms and Conditions apply to all courses and other services that you book or utilise as a customer at Nählounge chez Nahtild, M. Brülisauer (hereinafter: Nählounge chez Nahtild).
<h2></h2>You can only book courses at Nählounge chez Nahtild via the online shop at https://shop.nahtild.ch. This is possible with or without a customer account.
<h2></h2>Your registration for courses is binding. Verbal agreements are non-binding unless Nählounge chez Nahtild confirms them in writing.
Participation in courses is only possible for persons aged 16 and over. Participants must be able to learn how to use machines and tools safely and follow the relevant instructions.
Nählounge chez Nahtild reserves the right to refuse a registration without giving reasons. In this case, the payment already made will be refunded in full to the means of payment.
<h2></h2>Payment is made when registering via digital payment methods such as credit card, Twint, etc. If payment is made in advance, participation in the course is only guaranteed if payment is received within 5 days of registration and no later than 1 day before the start of the course.
A reminder fee of CHF 10 will be charged for reminders of outstanding amounts and a reminder fee of CHF 20 will be charged for further reminders. Nählounge chez Nahtild reserves the right to have outstanding amounts collected by a debt collection agency or to transfer the claim to such an agency.
<h2></h2>Vouchers from Nählounge chez Nahtild can only be redeemed in the online shop. Refunds are excluded.
<h2></h2>You can cancel courses and other services up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund to the means of payment.
In the event of later cancellation or postponement, a voucher for the full amount will be issued by Nählounge chez Nahtild.
It is possible to have another person aged 16 or over attend the course or other service if this is notified in writing up to 5 hours before the start of the course.
Lessons not attended or other services not used will not be refunded.
<h2></h2>If Nählounge chez Nahtild has to cancel a course due to an insufficient number of participants or for other reasons, the full amount will be refunded to the means of payment.
Nählounge chez Nahtild reserves the right to slightly change the minimum and maximum number of participants in a course. If courses are postponed or merged, you will be given the opportunity to obtain a voucher instead. If the course location or the course instructor is unavailable, they can be adequately replaced at short notice.
<h2></h2>The service provided by Nählounge chez Nahtild includes instruction and supervision by the course instructor, as well as the use of the booked sewing machine, other available tools and the specialist literature provided.
As a participant, you bring your own materials for your project, namely fabric, zips, adhesive interfacing, fasteners, buttons, cords and the like.
<h2></h2>If you receive course materials, you may only copy or otherwise distribute them with the written consent of Nählounge chez Nahtild.
<h2></h2>Nählounge chez Nahtild is not liable for the achievement of the course objectives by participating persons, for the use, theft or loss of material brought along, or for the completeness, correctness or suitability of documents, instructions, or advice.
Claims against Nählounge chez Nahtild beyond the provision of the aforementioned services, in particular due to non-execution or defective execution of projects and other indirect damages of any kind, are excluded.
You as the person making the booking and as a participant are liable for damage to machines, tools, literature and other property and possessions of Nählounge chez Nahtild and the course location caused by intent or improper use.
<h2></h2>If the course has not been paid for in advance, you will not be able to attend.
If you disturb the course performance, other participants or persons present, or violate their honour, damage property or do not follow the instructions of the course management for the proper use of machines, tools, material or inventory, you may be excluded from the course without refund.
If you are so intoxicated that you can no longer safely operate machines and tools, you will be removed from the course premises.
<h2></h2>The course contract begins with the payment and ends with the last lesson.
<h2></h2>You can subscribe to the Nählounge chez Nahtild newsletter at any time and also unsubscribe at any time. Nählounge chez Nahtild accepts no liability for the completeness, accuracy, or suitability of the contents of the newsletter.
<h2></h2>The Terms of Use for the Nählounge and the Privacy Policy are integral parts of these General Terms and Conditions.
<h2></h2>Nählounge chez Nahtild reserves the right to amend these General Terms and Conditions as well as the range of courses and prices at any time for contracts to be concluded in the future.
<h2></h2>Should any part of the contract or these General Terms and Conditions or its integral parts prove to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the contract as such and all other parts shall remain unaffected and the invalid or inapplicable wording shall be replaced by the rule that the parties would have agreed at the time of conclusion of the contract if they had known of the invalidity or inapplicability.
<h2></h2>In the event of ambiguities, the German version of the GTCs shall apply.
These General Terms and Conditions and the contracts based on them are subject to Swiss law, to the exclusion of conflict of laws and international private law. The place of jurisdiction is Goldau.
