Sewing class for children

Sewing class for children and teens ages 9 to 16.

Here, your child can let their imagination run wild and sew whatever they like—whether it’s pillows, bags, clothes, or small gifts. Whether they already have sewing experience or are just starting out, every child will find the right support with me.

The Details

• Duration: 8 sessions of 1.5 hours
• Time: Wednesday evenings 6:30–8:00 PM
• Age: 9–16 years

The sewing course starts approximately every two months.

Before the Course

Once you receive the order confirmation, please contact me via email and we’ll schedule a brief consultation. This way, I can answer any questions you may have before the course begins or provide tips on where to source materials, what supplies you’ll need, pre-washing the fabric, and so on. The one-on-one consultation lasts 10–15 minutes via phone or video call.

Legal and Administrative Information

If a child or teenager is participating in the course for the first time, they must bring the hand-signed “Parental Consent Form” or have a parent or guardian scan and email it to Nählounge chez Nahtild in advance. This form will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

The participating child or teenager must be able to and is permitted to travel to and from the sewing lounge independently. Supervision outside of class hours is not provided.

The participating child or teenager must be able to safely operate the sewing machine, cutting tools, and ironing equipment according to instructions and guidance.
